St. Alban's from across Hilgard Avenue St. Alban's is located in a residential neighborhood in the Westwood district of Los Angeles, across the street from the UCLA campus at the Westholme entrance. Our address is on Hilgard, UCLA's "sorority row," which runs along the east side of the campus.

Our church and chapel are accessible for wheelchairs, and a stair lift is available for reaching the parish hall beneath the church.

From the San Diego Freeway (I-405): Exit at Wilshire Boulevard or Sunset Boulevard and drive east.

From Wilshire Boulevard: Turn north on Westholme and proceed about one-half mile. Be careful to stay on Westholme as it winds through residential Westwood. St. Alban's is at the end of Westholme, where it intersects Hilgard.

From Sunset Boulevard: Turn south on Hilgard and proceed about one mile to Westholme (second traffic signal).

Alternate route from San Fernando Valley: From Ventura Boulevard, drive south on Beverly Glen Boulevard until it runs into Sunset going west, and proceed to Hilgard (second traffic signal); turn south on Hilgard and proceed about one mile to Westholme (second traffic signal).

Parking

Caution: Street parking is permitted on Hilgard (though seldom available), but parking on most nearby residential streets requires a District No. 35 permit.

Our Parking Lot: Limited parking is available in the lot behind our church; enter from Westholme. If you are able, please allow a few extra minutes and park at UCLA (see below) so the church lot will be available for those who have a need to park close to our building (elderly, disabled, and those with small children).

Free Parking at UCLA: On Sunday mornings and for concerts and some other special events, ample free parking is available directly across the street in UCLA Parking Structure 2. To park at UCLA, obtain a permit from the attendant at the church lot, or use the yearly permit (see below). Then, if the parking structure gate is open, just drive in. If not, show your permit to the UCLA parking attendant. While parked at UCLA, leave your permit visible through the windshield on the driver's side.

Yearly Permit: A free yearly permit for UCLA parking is available from the church office or on the patio on Sunday mornings. This yearly permit is valid only on Sundays from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (For concerts and other events, stop at the church lot to obtain a special permit.) The yearly permit expires June 30.

St. Alban's is on the east side of the UCLA campus at the intersection of Hilgard and Westholme, in an area bounded by the San Diego Freeway (I-405) and Sepulveda Boulevard on the west, Beverly Glen Boulevard on the east, Sunset Boulevard on the north and Wilshire Boulevard on the south.

The streets surrounding St. Alban's. Hilgard Avenue runs along the east side of the UCLA campus, and can be reached from Sunset on the north. Westholme Avenue can be reached from Wilshire on the south.
